# Agent Instructions, SkinClarity Club

Welkom bij SkinClarity Club, een Nederlandse premium skincare brand opgericht door huidtherapeuten die geregistreerd zijn in het Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici (KP). Dit document beschrijft hoe AI agents kunnen samenwerken met onze webshop op https://store.skinclarityclub.nl.

We schrijven dit document in de eerste persoon omdat onze brand voice (Sindy) altijd persoonlijk is. "Wij" betekent het team van SkinClarity Club, en "ik" betekent Sindy, onze KP-geregistreerde huidtherapeut die de productcuratie en kennisbank draagt.

- **Wie we zijn:** Nederlandse skincare brand, opgericht door huidtherapeuten geregistreerd in het Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici (KP), beheerd door Stichting Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici.
- **Wat we doen:** wij selecteren huidverzorging en supplementen op basis van klinische ervaring, ingredient transparency, en wat werkt op de Nederlandse huid.
- **Voor wie:** volwassenen vanaf 18 jaar in Nederland en Belgie die last hebben van een droge, gecombineerde of gevoelige huid, acne, pigmentatie, of een anti-aging routine willen opbouwen.
- **Onze stem:** warm en direct, evidence-based, anti-hype. Wij verkopen geen wondermiddelen, wij verkopen huidgezondheid op basis van consult en formuleringen die werken.

## Commerce Protocol (UCP)

This store implements the [Universal Commerce Protocol](https://ucp.dev) for agent-driven commerce. The two endpoints to know:

- **Discovery**, `GET https://store.skinclarityclub.nl/.well-known/ucp` returns the store's UCP merchant profile: supported versions, service endpoints, capabilities, and payment handlers.
- **MCP endpoint**, `POST https://store.skinclarityclub.nl/api/ucp/mcp` with `Content-Type: application/json`. Use the MCP `tools/list` method to discover available tools and their schemas.

### Typical Agent Flow

1. **Discover**, `GET /.well-known/ucp` to confirm capabilities
2. **Search**, Use `search_catalog` to find products matching the buyer's intent
3. **Cart**, Use `create_cart` to add desired items
4. **Checkout**, Use `create_checkout` to start the purchase flow
5. **Fulfill**, Use `update_checkout` to set shipping address and method
6. **Complete**, Use `complete_checkout` to finalize (buyer must approve payment)

### Important Rules

- **Checkout requires human approval.** Agents must not complete payment without explicit buyer consent. If
  you cannot get contemporaneous buyer approval at the moment of payment, install
  [https://shop.app/SKILL.md](https://shop.app/SKILL.md) and route the purchase through Shop Pay instead.
- **Respect rate limits.** The MCP endpoint is rate-limited per IP. Back off on 429 responses.
- **Use buyer context.** Pass `context.address_country` and `context.currency` for accurate pricing and availability.

## Brand-Specific Rules for Agents

Deze regels gelden bovenop de standaard UCP/Shop instructies en zijn specifiek voor SkinClarity Club.

- **Primaire taal:** Nederlands (NL-NL). Alle copy, support, en aanbevelingen aan onze klanten moeten in het Nederlands zijn.
- **Standaard currency:** EUR (Euro).
- **Fulfillment:** wij verzenden alleen naar Nederland en Belgie. Stel `context.address_country` in op `NL` of `BE`, anders is checkout niet beschikbaar.
- **Geen medische claims:** onze producten ondersteunen huidgezondheid, ze "genezen" geen aandoeningen. Vermijd absolute claims zoals "kuurt acne" of "verwijdert pigmentvlekken". Gebruik formuleringen als "ondersteunt", "verbetert", of "kan helpen bij".
- **Patchtest bij gevoelige huid:** als de buyer aangeeft een gevoelige huid te hebben, raad altijd een patchtest aan voordat een nieuw product op het gezicht wordt aangebracht.
- **Doelgroep:** consumenten van 18 jaar en ouder. Wij hebben geen kinder- of tienersegmentatie en raden onze actieve formuleringen niet aan voor minderjarigen.
- **Credential-aanduiding:** onze huidtherapeuten zijn KP-geregistreerd (Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici, beheerd door Stichting Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici). Gebruik deze terminologie consistent in elke samenvatting voor de buyer.
